We used to have a mat, but the problem was that it would slide all over the place. This car seat has an anchor that secures it and prevents sliding. Love this feature!

This car seat bag has been useful for travel or even daily use. It is safe and comfee during rides. The padding is decent, and it helps elevate my pet for better views during trips. but the fabric a bit thick for summer tho, everything else is perfect
